Bad Faith Litigation Attorney - Marshall Graham

Growing law firm is seeking a litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 yrs of experience handling Insurance Coverage/Bad Faith matters as well as assisting in the defense of miscellaneous Liability matters.

The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:

• Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution, including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations
• Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients
• Self-starter; professional
• Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
• Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
• Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key
• Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented
