Back Server - Bethesda Country Club

Bethesda Country Club is hiring Back Servers. The Back Servers will assist Servers in executing steps of service set forth by the Club. This includes anticipating member & guest needs and providing a memorable dining experience. Back Server Essential Functions:

• Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating, which includes bread and water service
• Deliver food & beverage to the table
• Remove soiled dishes from the table
• Clean and re-set tables and chairs
• Polish silverware and glassware
• Maintain a clean working environment and server station
• Refill ice for the bar
• Set up and take down bread station and beverage station
• Have a working knowledge of the menu
• Ability to follow instructions as given

Back Server Requirements:

• Ability to lift items frequently throughout the day
• Work in a team environment
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Attention to detail and pride in keeping the workplace clean and tidy
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours
• Ability to work inside or outside in cold or heat
