Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Lead a shift of 20+ employees
- Excellent communication skills

- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts.

- Ability to manage and address behavioral and performance issues among kitchen staff.

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Restaurant Leadership Role or Equivalent
- Available to work a minimum of 2 evenings per week and 2 Saturdays a month
- Prior experience in kitchen management, such as shift lead, supervisor, or kitchen manager, is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in operations within customer service industry
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday, Required
