Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented BoH Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all aspects of our business, including safety and cleanliness, food safety and quality, reducing waste, improving sales, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and train team members in the back of house (kitchen)
- Ensure that all safety measures are being used and trained
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen (internal & external)
- Ensure the quality and safety of the food being served
- Reduce waste and control food costs
- Communicate & implement all updates and rollouts
- Improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Meet the quarterly & yearly store goals
- Decrease speed of service times
- Prepare for and participate in food safety inspections
- Help develop and train team members to improve their skills and advance in their careers
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- This is a (minimum) 40 hour/week position
- In operations 32 hours
- 4 hours of weekly meetings
- 4 hours of administrative time

Job Summary:

They will be responsible for overseeing team members in the kitchen, as well as working with leaders to ensure the success of the business.
Specific duties will include ensuring all safety measures are being used and trained, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring the quality and safety of the food being served, reducing waste and controlling food costs, improving sales and customer satisfaction, and preparing for and participating in food safety inspections. The Back of House Director will also be responsible for helping to develop and train team members to improve their skills and advance in their careers. Overall, the Back of House Director will play a key role in the success and growth of the business by ensuring smooth and efficient operations and providing excellent service to customers.
