JOB TITLE: Back End Software Engineer
JOB LOCATION: 100% remote with occasional meetings in Massachusetts, East coast preferred
WAGE RANGE*: 85-90 hr

Back end staff engineer:
What you'll do
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and reliable back end services and APIs using C# and Azure
Apply domain driven design and microservice architecture principles to create high quality software solutions
Collaborate with front end engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and user satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and optimize back end performance and efficiency
Mentor and coach junior to mid-level engineers and share best practices and knowledge
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in back end development
What you'll need
8+ years of engineering experience and experience mentoring junior to mid-level engineers
Strong experience with C#, Azure, and other back end technologies
Expertise in domain driven design, microservice architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud computing
Experience in building high traffic, high reliability, and secure back end applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in implementing pipelines for web applications in GithubActions and deployments using ArgoCD.
Experience with Bicep and ARM templates.
