WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving growth by connecting our company with new affiliate partners in the debt relief industry. This role helps to establish relationships with key partners, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the success of our affiliate partnerships.Research, identify, and engage potential affiliate partners who align with our mission and goals.
Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting partnerships with new affiliates, serving as their primary point of contact during initial engagement.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s affiliate network and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with affiliates to identify mutually beneficial opportunities, negotiate terms, and onboard them into the program.
Stay up-to-date with trends, regulations, and opportunities in the debt relief industry to provide valuable insights and maximize partnerships.
Work closely with the Affiliate Support, Training, and Marketing teams to align messaging and create resources that support affiliate partnerships.
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT:
Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or affiliate program management, ideally within the debt relief or financial services industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
Strong ability to pitch and sell the value of partnerships in a competitive market.
Ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities while maintaining a big-picture view of company goals.
Comfortable using CRM tools and other business software to track leads, manage relationships, and report progress.
Familiarity with the debt relief industry and an understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Location: Southern California, Texas, Florida, and New Jersey
