Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate leads, drive product awareness, and position Rynse as a leader in fleet management technology. The ideal candidate is a hybrid content marketer meets demand gen marketer with experience in B2B SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to support lead generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition goals.
Work closely with the sales, customer, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and product releases.
Digital Marketing and Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.
Content and Brand Management
Create compelling content to engage our target audience, including blog posts, customer stories, and product demos.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all customer touchpoints.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Conduct regular market and competitive research to identify trends, customer needs, and industry best practices.
Use insights to position our products effectively and stay ahead of industry trends.
Lead Generation and Customer Nurturing
Develop lead-generation programs and nurture campaigns to engage prospects and build top of the funnel in support of the sales teams.
Utilize marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, track leads, and report on conversion rates.
Events and Partnerships
Support the planning and execution of conferences and other industry events where our buyers are so that we can best showcase our product and connect with potential customers.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that expand our reach and enhance our market positioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of marketing experience with B2B SaaS companies
Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or similar
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualification:
Experience creating marketing copy and content for public sector clients
