About the Job
The B2B Integration Leader will lead a team of ~6 IT integration specialists and developers, located in the United States and India, responsible for integrating EDI and API solutions for transportation. This position will oversee team performance regarding work with external partners (customer, carrier, vendor, transportation or service provider) and internal stakeholders (product teams, transformation engineers, enterprise architects) to ensure all requirements gathering, documentation, testing, training, communication and partner experience is performed in conjunction with all service levels, policies, and procedures.

What You Will Do
- Lead team members that perform various integrations with carriers, customers and Shippers for successful implementations.
- Collaborate with the external trading partners, vendors and business teams to ensure accurate translation of Integration Solutions requirements, including transactional integration and external partner requirements.
- Oversee preparation of detailed user, functional and design specifications for technical teams employing user case documents, diagrams, and screen mockups as applicable.
- Promote standard EDI and API mapping, technology use, and industry best practices, including leader/follower relationship for custom mapping, integration enhancements, and/or fixes.
- Develop and execute staffing plans based on current and anticipated KBX growth.
- Establish performance goals, measurable standards, and checkpoints to monitor progress.
- Anticipate integration needs based on a deep understanding of KBX and Product roadmaps.
- Support the formulation of B2B strategy to enable the continuous growth of KBX and our customers.
- May require some weekend and/or after-hours support for global team members.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience supervising a team
- Experience with EDI and API technology terms
- Experience applying data transport methods such as SOAP, SFTP and HTTPS
- Experience working with any industry EDI Platform - Orderful, P44, STEDI, OpenText, etc.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant science and math discipline with an IT emphasis
- Functional knowledge of transportation Order to Cash, Carrier Onboarding, Supply Chain and/or Finance
- Experience performing integrations with customers ERPs' and WMS'
- Experience developing SaaS or cloud-based solutions
