Responsibilities:
- Highlight the value proposition of the products/services being offered to drive new customer enrollment
- Engage with potential business customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand prospective customer needs and preferences to offer suitable products or services
- Coordinate with other sales team members to share insights, successes, and challenges
- Keep up-to-date with changes to products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Create and maintain reports on sales metrics, team performance, and other relevant data to provide regular updates to management and clients
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-learning
