Azure Business Analyst - AP Professionals

W2 only - no C2C

Hybrid - Twice weekly onsite expectation

• The Business Analyst will work with a cross-functional team to design a highly performing application based on business requirements distilled into user stories.
• Provide business analysis services within an Agile framework.
• Work closely with product owners, development team, stakeholders, and quality analysts to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business.
• Participate in agile ceremonies for backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrospectives.

Required Skills

• Hands on Azure Cloud and Dynamics 365 CRM experience combined with 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with extensive hands-on experience eliciting, analyzing, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Extensive hands-on experience with agile practices, requirements documentation, user story creation, facilitating, and interviewing techniques to extract and validate user requirements.
• Hands-on experience maintaining an expansive, well-groomed backlog.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and written and oral communication skills.
