As a Cloud Engineer (Azure), you will collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimization across the organization’s cloud platforms.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Architect, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, and Monitoring. Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, ARM Templates, Terraform, or Azure DevOps pipelines to optimize deployment processes and infrastructure management. Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and optimize cost, security, and scalability using Azure-native tools like Azure Monitor, Azure Advisor, and Azure Cost Management. Security & Compliance: Ensure that cloud environments meet best practices in security and compliance standards, including identity management, access control, and vulnerability management. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Systems Administrators, Security Engineers, etc.) to implement cloud-based solutions that align with business needs. Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay current with the latest advancements in Azure services and best practices to ensure the team is utilizing the most up-to-date technologies.
Requirements:Experience: Minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in core Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, Identity, etc.) Strong knowledge of cloud automation tools (ARM Templates, PowerShell, Terraform, etc.) Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (AAD), networking concepts (VNets, subnets, VPN, etc.), and storage solutions. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. Security: Experience implementing Azure security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, and Azure Security Center. Certifications (Preferred, but not required): Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer ExpertSoft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
