Job Description
The City of Lynn Haven seeks an Advanced Waste Water Treatment Lead Operator to oversee its AWWT Plant and operations. This position ensures that the City's treatment facilities are operated and maintained to provide constant and reliable waste water service to the City's utility customers, and maintain compliance with all required and pertinent regulations. This position requires at least a “B” level AWWT state license, with the City preferring candidates to possess a Level A operator license. Qualified applicants must have at least four (4) years experience supervising AWWT Plant Operators and Trainees. As our city grows, the need to expand and improve the AWWT plant is clear. A Lead Operator is needed with extensive knowledge and leadership to take the City forward.
