Efficient at multi-tasking

Ability to learn technical skills quickly such as working a POS system.

Ability to be alert in a high-risk environment.

Knowledge of food/beverage and retail environment and food safety and hygiene standards

Able to maintain a calm, patient, and friendly demeanor during periods of high volume

Able to work successfully as a member of a team

Able to stand on your feet for long periods

Must be able to lift/and or move up to 30+ lbs.

Self-starter and good time management skills

Demonstrable problem-solving skills and basic math skills (able to count change back)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Coordination and organizational skills

Must be able to operate a POS system

Must be able to effectively operate Windows-based computer

Requirements:

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Must sign the Statement of Faith

Must have morning availability

Able to work in continuously standing positions for five or more hours

A clean and modest appearance is required

Good hygiene is required

Food Handlers permit is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred

Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred

Must pass all required checks

Experience:

6+ months of Customer Service experience preferred.

3+ months of experience in food service preferred.

Any of the following certifications are a plus: CP-FS, OSHA Safety, NAMA CCS, CFPP, PCA, AED, CPR

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
