Your Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, install, test, and repair avionics systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Work on communication, navigation, and flight control systems, contributing directly to the safety and efficiency of aircraft.
- Run cables, mount antennas, connect instruments, and install radios, autopilots, and passenger entertainment systems.
- Ensure that all avionics equipment works flawlessly before take-off and does not interfere with other electronic devices.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs and work performed on the aircraft, contributing to a culture of safety and accountability.
What You'll Need:
- A passion for aviation and technology.
- A degree in avionics or aviation technology, or relevant certifications in electrical engineering or aviation maintenance.
- Experience with mid-size private jets a plus
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or Federal Communications Commission (FCC) licenses are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with electronic testing equipment and wiring diagrams.
