Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$31.37 - $52.28What You Will Do:
Perform all aspects of maintenance and repair of the company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations as well as manufacturer’s instructions.
Perform line service duties as needed including fueling, cleaning and servicing of aircraft for departures and post flight checks.
Perform in the capacity of Flight Technician on a rotational schedule with other maintenance technicians.
Technician will be responsible for returning aircraft to service utilizing their own airframe and power plant license.
Your Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED
FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
At least two years' current or recently active experience in aircraft maintenance and associated documentation.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
Completion of Post Offer Exam or Completion of Work Simulation if applicable.
Additional Skills / Preferences:
Gulfstream G7 - 500/600 maintenance experience
Familiarity with corporate aircraft operations and computer-based maintenance tracking and planning, Gulfstream preferred.
Computer skills with Microsoft office programs.

Additional Information:
Work shift will revolve around the aircraft flight schedule on a rotational basis with other maintenance technicians
Some travel with the company aircraft will be required acting as Flight Technician.
Work will be physically demanding including climbing of ladders, lifting of heavy aircraft parts as well as having to fit within aircraft wings and structures for inspection purposes.
A complete set of quality tools needed for general aircraft maintenance is required.
