Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized AV Specialist to join our team. You will work alongside the Facilities Manager, an AV Technician, and a third-party service provider for hardware maintenance. Your primary responsibilities will include managing new system rollouts, collaborating with network and security teams, and leading system enhancement projects. We need someone who can take a proactive approach to maintenance and updates, ensuring all AV systems function smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- AV Support: Serve as the main point of contact for AV-related questions and troubleshooting from end users.
- System Setup: Set up AV technology in high-profile conference rooms using the Altona system and Osram lighting controls, and troubleshoot smaller rooms using Microsoft Teams and Airtame.
- Meeting Room Coordination: Manage meeting room setups and ensure all AV equipment is functioning properly.
- Record Retention: Coordinate record retention with Iron Mountain.
- Specialty Printing and Copy Jobs: Handle high-volume copy jobs and specialty printing requests.
- Mail and Deliveries: Manage all packages, mail, and deliveries.
- Special Projects: Assist with mass mailings, special event coordination, and other departmental projects.
- Supply Management: Order and stock supplies for the department, including stationery, forms, envelopes, and coffee.
- Cafeteria Maintenance: Stock snacks, cups, and clean coffee machines in the cafeteria.
- Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure AV systems are functioning properly.
Required Tools and Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Teams, Airtame, and Logic tech devices (conferencing panels).
- Experience with Schure microphones and troubleshooting wireless audio issues in conference rooms.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Evoko, and FedEx Ship Manager is a plus.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with audiovisual, video conferencing, audio installation, Skype, customer service, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and comfortable attesting to vaccination status.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
