Description
Our client is looking for a senior AV Specialist to add to their team. Current team makeup: Facilities Manager, AV tech (our current) and 3rd party they leverage for hardware maintenance.
Mainly they need someone who has experience with new system roll outs, collaborating with network and security teams. They are planning to do a few system enhancements and would like this person to own those projects.
Current resource is very reactive to issues, they would like someone who has experience taking a proactive approach and is rather organized. (can schedule preventative maintenance checks to ensure things are functioning properly before they break)
Must have tools: MS teams, Air Team, Logic tech devices (conferencing panels)
schure- microphones (audio)—they are having issues with wireless audio in the conference rooms, would ideally want someone who has that skillset
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Main point of contact for AV related questions / troubleshooting from end users. Will be responsible for setting up AV technology in high-profile conference rooms using the Altona system and Osram lighting controls, as well as point of contact for troubleshooting conferences in smaller rooms using Microsoft Teams and Airtame
• Main point of contact for meeting room setup
• Main point of contact to coordinate record retention with Iron Mountain
• Main point of contact for all specialty printing, high-volume copy jobs requested
• Main point of contact for all packages, mail and deliveries
• Special projects for departments as requested - mass mailings, special event coordination,
• Supply ordering for the department - stationary, forms, envelopes, coffee, etc.
• Mainly responsible for stocking cafeteria with snacks, cups, cleaning coffee machines.
Schedule: M-F 8-5, mainly onsite (must be comfortable attesting to vaccination status)
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) a plus
• Experience with ServiceNow, Evoko, FedEx Ship Manager a plus
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
