AV Event Execution Specialist Requirements:
• 3-5 Years Experience
• Hands-On Experience: AV setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Event Experience: Exposure to live events, conferences, or presentations
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
• Adaptability: Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges during events
Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Yamaha QL audio system experience is a plus
Certifications and Training:
• CTS Certification: Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification is a plus
Audio Visual Event Execution Specialist Summary:
• Audio Systems: Experience with audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and mixers
• Video Systems: Familiarity with video projectors, screens, cameras, and video switchers
• Lighting Systems: Understanding of lighting fixtures, control boards, and lighting design principles
• Cabling and Connectivity: Ability to set up and troubleshoot AV cables, connectors, and signal flow
• Software: Proficiency in AV software for configuration and control
• Quality Control: Ensure audio and visual components meet high standards
• Precision: Accurate setup and alignment of AV equipment
• Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills when working with clients, event organizers, and team members
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues during setup and events
Physical Stamina Required:
Lifting and Moving Equipment: AV technicians often need to lift and transport heavy equipment
