Job Title: Vehicle Operator

Location: Clarksburg, Maryland (onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8-5 PM EST (opportunity for overtime)

Job Type: Full-Time (Contract-to-Hire)

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our clients team as Equipment Operators and Drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for operating vehicles and equipment, while working closely with a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations. Required Qualifications:

• A valid state-issued driver’s license (CDL not required)
• A solid driving record, with minor infractions
• Experience operating standard pickup trucks
• Previous experience with heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge of two-way radios is helpful
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork
• Comfortable using basic computer tools for operational tasks
• Willingness to learn vehicle preventive maintenance and safety procedures
• A dependable, on-time individual committed to contributing to team success
