Automotive Wholesale Title Clerk / Inventory Admin - Sarasota Toyota

SARASOTA TOYOTA IS GROWING!!!  If you are an Automotive Accounting or Tag and Title professional, we want to meet you!  We are growing and looking to add talent to our Accounting Office.  The right individual will possess a positive, upbeat demeanor and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, team environment.  Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.  Room for growth and advancement!

Responsibilities for various opportunities may include the following:

• Stock in New and Used vehicle inventory, as well as post inter-company transactions
• Perform journal entries pertaining to Dealer Trades and/or Wholesale billing
• Assist with processing New and Used title work for DMV or Auctions, to include Out of State transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness
• Maintain title records and MSOs
• Review accounting schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
• Meet deadlines and assist with month-end close
• Assist with special projects, as necessary

What we are looking for:

• Automotive dealership accounting experience is strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Familiarity with CDK is a plus, but not required
• Professional and positive demeanor with a "team" mentality
• Flexible and able to multi-task while meeting deadlines
• Effective communication skills
• Computer literate
• Fast learner with the willingness and desire to grow
