About the Job
Automotive Warranty Administrator needed for upbeat auto dealership! Are you currently working as an warranty assistant or in an service office? We are willing to train the right person for the job and are looking for a team player that is positive, upbeat and a quick learner.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit and track warranty repair orders and claims accurately and according to dealership and manufacturer policies
- Review all warranty claims to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria required by factory
- Review warranty claims and correct any errors
Requirements:
- File all warranty claims within 24 hours of the close of the R/O
- Input all corrections to rejected claims within two days of notification
- Maintain good working relationships with the Service and Parts Departments
- Book/code warranty & internal repair orders
- Keep abreast of all factory recalls and announcements
- Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments
- Maintain service and customer records
- Issue and close vendor purchase orders
- Maintain rental fleet documentation
- Previous Warranty Administrator Experience required
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent accounting skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
