Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team of skilled professionals. As an integral member of our shop, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by providing top-notch service to our customers. With access to the highest quality equipment and tools, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while contributing to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs
• Complete routine maintenance
• Repair or replace automotive parts in a efficient manner
• Utilize specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficiency and safety
• Communicate effectively with other employees
• Contribute to our positive shop culture by fostering teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to produce 40+ hours a week

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high car count
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Certification from an accredited automotive training program or ASE certification preferred
• Ability to occasionally lift/move 50+ lb.
