NP Mechanical, Inc. is a 100% Employee-Owned Employer and a recognized provider of residential Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection, serving national and regional home builders throughout Southern California.
We are seeking a Plumbing Customer Service / Quality Control Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery.
Responsibilities:
Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.
Educate and assist customers.
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
Ensure quality standards are met on the jobs
Plan and communicate to prevent problems and/or resolve emerging issues
Required to drive to different jobsites
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards and feedback
Excellent with attendance
Willingness to work OT when required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing
Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
