Job Description

This applicant should possessing the required skills, talents and abilities to develop into a General Line or Technical Specialist Technician. FACT Graduate or Technical School Graduate with minimal "hands-on" experience. Must possess mechanical aptitude to effectively disassemble and reassemble complex mechanical components. Must be able to read, comprehend and interpret technical manuals to facilitate the diagnosis and repair of automotive systems. Should have the communication skills necessary to report and document defined job processes. The successful candidate will maintain an overall behavior that demonstrates interest in continual learning and cooperation with others on staff.
