Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and services
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Ford technologies and service procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• ********** Minimum 3 years of Ford Tech experience at a dealership**********
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• In-depth knowledge of Ford vehicle systems and components
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:

• Proficient in performing complex mechanical repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software effectively
• Knowledge of Ford service manuals and procedures
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
