Position Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will build and nurture relationships with new and existing Pam AI clients, working to identify opportunities to expand adoption of our AI-driven solutions. By understanding our clients’ unique challenges and goals, you’ll position Pam AI’s product suite to deliver impactful results and ensure continued growth. You will work closely with our Director of Sales and cross-functional teams to meet and exceed your assigned sales targets.
Location: This territory covers California— Candidates must reside in the territory and will need to travel frequently.
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Develop and execute growth strategy: Identify and define a go-to-market approach to expand Pam AI’s reach within the region.
- Exceed sales targets: Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, capitalizing on opportunities to increase market share.
- Own the sales cycle: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiations, partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for each new client.
- Foster client relationships: Maintain regular, high-quality contact with customers to ensure satisfaction, anticipate future needs, and drive continuous value from Pam AI solutions.
- Accurate forecasting & reporting: Prepare sales forecasts and maintain pipeline accuracy, leveraging CRM tools and methodologies to track progress and communicate updates to management.
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of B2B selling experience, ideally in a complex software sales environment.
- Knowledge of AI-driven platforms or SaaS products highly preferred.
- Must have Automotive experience (experience working in or selling solutions to dealerships).
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building skills: Able to communicate effectively, lead compelling presentations, and instill confidence in Pam AI’s solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
