ABOUT THE ROLE

Schedule: This position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Your Typical Day: As a Automotive Service Writer at Fast Eddies, your day begins with greeting customers with a smile. You assess their tire needs and provide expert recommendations. You create detailed service orders and schedule appointments, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Throughout the day, you communicate with our skilled technicians to deliver top-notch service, helping customers feel confident in their choices. Each interaction matters, and you play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Valid driver's license
• Proficient computer skills
• Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Solid experience in the automotive services industry
