COMPENSATION: $25 - $48 per flagged hour (depending on experience, bonuses included in range)

Responsibilities
- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
- Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer. Warranty parts must be returned to the parts department and signed off on RO.
- Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
- Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
- Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Road tests vehicles including inventory and client vehicles.

Qualifications
- Service Technician or Auto Mechanic experience required.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required.
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
