Responsibilities

Vehicle Diagnostics: Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose vehicle issues accurately.

Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks and repair problems on various vehicle models.

Parts Replacement: Replace worn or faulty parts with precision and care to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs clearly.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets dealership and industry quality standards.

Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good condition for efficient use during repairs.

Automotive Service Experience: Previous experience as an auto technician or completion of an automotive technology program.

ASE Certification: Preferred but not required. Willingness to obtain certification if not already held.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.

Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing various vehicle makes and models.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction.
