Responsibilities - Service Technician:

Fix vehicles right the first time . . . every time
Video multipoint inspections on EVERY vehicle
Know and adhere to repair processes as specified in service manuals and TSB's
Clearly document repair steps
Test drive every vehicle to confirm the quality of your repairs
Test components and systems using diagnostic and special service equipment
Accurately diagnose, maintain, and repair all vehicle systems
Develop electric vehicle expertise as we expand our EV units in operation throughout Utah
Maintain constant communication with Service Advisors and
Commit to exceeding promise times
Provide legitimate and accurate estimates on needed repairs and service
Execute repairs under warranty to Kia specifications
Maximize your efficiency and productivity

Qualifications - Service Technician:

Commitment!
History of reliability, responsibility and accountability
OWN the quality of your work
Experience diagnosing & repairing vehicles
Maintain and keep a clean and efficient work area
Safety & Emissions certifications preferred
Good driving record required
Must be 18 years of age or older
