The Service Manager must ensure that each client receives a premium service experience. The Service Manager trains, motivates and coaches service team members and supervises service transactions, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired in accordance with factory guidelines.
Wage/Salary Compensation Information:
Service Manager 100k to 200k first year potential
Skills / Experience:
*Minimum 5 years experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures and controls
*Proven organizational skills
*Client contact experience
*Business planning abilities
*Ability to manage, evaluate, develop and direct staff
