As the Automotive Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of the action, overseeing the overall operations and performance of our service store. Your role will involve:

• Leading and supervising a talented team of automotive technicians and sales/customer service representatives.
• Efficiently managing inventory, ordering parts, and supplies to keep our services top-notch.
• Ensuring the shop is adequately staffed and equipped to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a service manager or in a similar automotive service management role.
• A robust background in automotive service coupled with strong management skills.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide our talented team.
• A solid understanding of business operations and financial management principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including Auto Shop Management software (experience with ASE certification is a plus).
