Automotive Service Director/Service Manager (Nissan)

The Hicks Auto Group is seeking an experienced, motivated Service Director to take our Nissan Service Department to the next level.

The right candidate will be a self-starter with a track record of success in delivering a high level customer experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years of proven success in Fixed Operations Management with a stable career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, Train Develop and Motivate the Service Department staff and monitor their performance.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the Service Department and ensure they are met.
• Ensure the Service Department meets and exceeds all customer satisfaction (CSI) objectives.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
• Has an in depth knowledge and understanding of shop productivity.
• Ensure the service area is organized, presentable, and performing efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with the confidence in your ability to be successful.
• Experience with Lateral Support Groups a plus.

Requirements:

• Previous Dealership Service Manager Experience
• Proven master of customer satisfaction.
• Integrity, a positive attitude and a desire to do the right thing.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
