We have a great opportunity at Lawless Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service Director/Fixed Operations Director to join our company! We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, proven leader to grow our fixed operations to the next level and beyond. A proven track record is more important than the number of years in automotive service management. Experience is REQUIRED!

We are offering Top Pay with a six-figure base salary, monthly and quarterly bonuses as well and a generous benefits package!

Responsibilities:

Our Top Priority is to have the Highest CSI Possible

Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.

Oversee fixed operations. Develop, implement, and monitor all Sales, Follow-up, and Training processes.

Monitor daily operations, minimize open RO’s daily, daily & weekly production reporting.

Maintain strong communications between all departments while.

Oversee the hiring and training of all service employees.

Create cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.
