Our Automotive Service Coordinator / Service Department Assistant will learn the role of our Service Consultant who is responsible for overall commitment to client services for our dealership clients. In this position, you will be trained for the role that involves networking and client relationship skills to sell the Company's services along with other tasks with coordinating customer service and administrative functions in the Service Department.

Automotive Service Coordinator / Service Dept. Assistant Duties Include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments
Meet and Greet Service Customers promptly while checking in cars
Proactively securing parts for scheduled repairs
Assist with Warranty Claims by organizing the paperwork
Light Warranty claim submissions
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by getting it right the first time
Other duties as directed while training for Service Advisor role.
Automotive Service Coordinator / Service Dept. Assistant Qualifications:
Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player
Prior sales and/or customer service experience required
Prior upselling experience a plus
Must be computer literate
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays
Must have a valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record.
