Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: $20 per hour

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of recent previous experience as a Service Assistant.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
A willingness to be flexible and step in where needed to help the team.
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Assist Service Advisors, Service Managers, and customers.
Answer & direct incoming calls.
Return customer voicemails.
Gather basic demographic information from customers.
Set service appointments.
Call customers for appointment reminders.
Frequently use DealerTrack & other service-related softwares.
Entering data into prospect tracking system & running reports as needed.
Communicate with employees and customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Run errands as needed in company vehicles.
Other duties as assigned.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
