Automotive Service Advisor - Star Buick GMC

Star Buick, GMC, Cadillac of Quakertown is currently seeking to hire a Service Advisor.

Our busy and growing shop has experienced an increase in workload requiring us to add staff immediately!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and above average communication skills
• Reynolds & Reynolds computer system proficient
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proactively manage customer expectations and timelines.
• Ability to provide cost benefit analysis to customers to assist in making informed decisions.
• Possess a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work every other Saturday
• Work well in high pressure situations
• General Motors experience a huge plus
