Anderson Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced shops in Lincoln, NE. We have three busy shops that we need to have a Service Advisor to fluctuate in any location. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into the role and build a career in the Automotive Industry. If you're the right one for us, you will have customer service experience and a strong desire to do the right thing and treat people the right way. RESPONSIBILITIES OF SERVICE ADVISORS:
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Above average energy level
- Flexibility
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
