Colonial Cadillac, a leading luxury car dealership, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of service and ensuring their satisfaction with our dealership.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and schedule service appointments
• Consult with customers about service needs and recommend necessary services
• Write service orders and accurately record customer information and vehicle data
• Communicate service updates and recommendations to customers
• Provide estimates for service repairs and work with customers to obtain approval
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service completion
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service history
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably with luxury car brands
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Ability to use computer software and systems for scheduling, record-keeping, and communication
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
