Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, service and repairs
- Assist in ordering parts and tools as necessary
- Oversee administration of warranty claims
- Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
- Upon completion of work, review work order with the customer
- Provide a completely satisfying customer experience
- Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
- Distribute work efficiently between technicians
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:
- Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred but not required
- Fantastic customer service and communication skills
- Friendly personality
- Time-management skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little to no supervision
- Strong computer skills
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
