Provide accurate estimates and explain service recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts and accessories.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.

Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of automotive systems and components.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer software and dealership management systems.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
