Dealership seeking Experienced Salespeople!!  

If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling and you enjoy working with customers, then we want you to be part of our team.  

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service. Sales experience (in any industry) is highly preferred, but not required. Candidates must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive sales experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others
• Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close
• Must not have bounced from one sales job to the next
• Must be a "people person" but still know how to guide the conversation
• Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
• Must have a valid and clean NY state driver's license
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
• A track record of successful sales, high earnings, and a portfolio of customers
• Must have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer interaction
• Must have strong computer skills and follow the sales process

Schedule 5 Day Workweek (40 hours) Incl Weekends

Schedule 5 Day (40 Hour) Workweek.  Must be able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
