As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
• Work with CRM on lead management and performance
• Be able to close over phone, internet and active showroom customers
• Maintain department compliance with OEM salespeople certifications 
• Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership and OEM sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
• Work with General Manager with lead source ROI
• Problem solver
• Desk new and used car deals
• Submit to bank and work with finance manager
