We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on both new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales
- At least 2 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of both new and pre-owned vehicle sales
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
