We are seeking experienced automotive professionals to join our consulting team as Automotive Sales Managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strong partnerships with customers, guiding them towards enhanced operational performance.
- Collaborate with dealership personnel to identify areas for improvement, leveraging established consulting programs and your industry expertise.
- Provide ongoing support and resolution of issues post-project completion, fostering lasting relationships with clients.
- Build trust and credibility, driving sales of our consulting services through exemplary service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Access to reliable home internet for seamless video conferencing.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership experience across various roles.
- Previous dealership management experience is advantageous.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively overnight, up to 5 nights per week.
Training and Development:
- Comprehensive 90-day training program including field experience, online courses, and classroom instruction.
- Competitive base salary during training, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses post-training.
- Total targeted income exceeding $75,000 after training completion.
