Sales Manager - Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to train on product knowledge on a monthly basis.
• Work with other managers to set sales goals and plan to achieve objective.
• Ensure customers are greeted promptly and verify sales consultant has helped them accomplish their goals upon completion of visit.
• Work with and supervise Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department goals and quotas are met.
• Partner with the Finance Department to develop and coordinate best practices.
• Maintain a prospect list and follow-up logs.
  
  

Sales Manager - Job Requirements:

• Proven Sales Management experience required
• Previous successful experience as a sales manager - 2 years minimum
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in computing and quoting sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills with an emphasis on holding and maintaining gross
