Great work life balance! We are open Monday - Friday 9AM - 7PM, Saturday 9AM -5PM, and CLOSED on Sunday! We are also closed on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships & create customers for life
• Greet customer as they arrive on the property and guide them through the Sales Process
• Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features of New and Pre-owned Vehicles
• Close deals while learning to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Follow-up with unsold and sold customers to maximize every opportunity for sale or referral business
• Deliver outstanding Customer Service with an experience second to none
• Become a product specialist. Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Report Directly to the Sales Management Team regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

REQUIREMENTS:

• Outgoing, dependable, Self-motivated and displays a positive attitude
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Ready, willing and committed to learning the job
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Proficient in basic business math including percentages
• Prior Automotive Sales Experience is preferred but not required
• Willing to submit to a drug screen
• Active driver's license with a acceptable driving record

Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
