We are seeking sales professionals with proven track records to join our highly successful sales teams. And, what's more, there are multiple opportunities to become our future General Managers, Sales Managers, and Finance Managers!
For those of you without auto sales experience we offer paid training for the right candidates with our internal sales learning program!!

We offer:
- Aggressive commission and bonus plans
- Paid training for qualified candidates with some customer-facing experience (retail, customer service, food service, etc.)

Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and license/motor vehicle record check.
Responsibilities
- Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
- Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits all other rules of the road are followed
- Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
- Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
- Maintains accurate sales documentation
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
- Helps educate/train new staff members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Sales experience a plus (any industry)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others
- Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close
- Must be a "people person" but still know how to guide the conversation
- Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
- Must have a valid and clean NY state driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
- Basic computer and internet skills
