Responsibilities:

• Learn and stay current on the product lines, the ins and outs of the product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies. 
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses. 
• Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Perform high quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. 
• Negotiate closure in a clear and concise manner.
• Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.
• Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value added products and industry trends.

Qualifications: 

• Prior retail sales experience required (prior automotive experience preferred)
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Available to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends
• Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record required
• Willing to submit pre-employment background check, DMV record, and drug screen
