About the Role: As a BDC Representative (Business Development Center) or Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and driving business success. While prior BDC or inside sales experience is a plus, we're willing to train the right person who has the right attitude and work ethic.

Essential Job Functions:

• Set and maintain appointments for all customers in our database.
• Follow up with leads and ensure customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Build and nurture relationships with both sold and unsold customers.
• Complete training courses promptly and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Accurately track customer data and performance metrics daily.
• Maintain excellent communication both through email and phone.
• Stay motivated and work towards meeting and exceeding goals.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• One year prior experience in sales, customer service, or BDC is a plus

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time (5 days a week).
